Browning Cameras Australia do offer a return policy. However it is the customer’s responsibility to choose carefully the product which best suits their application or intended purpose. We do not offer a refund just because you have simply changed your mind. Please view the products specifications listed on our website before purchasing. Our return policy is simple, all goods are required to be returned in “as sent condition”, meaning unmarked and undamaged within 30 days of the purchase. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% service and restocking fee. Please contact our office prior to returning any products.
If you have purchased your product from a overseas company or from another reseller, then it is up to you to contact that company directly or a support service fee may apply.
